Living up to such high quality standards begins with the careful selection and acceptance of raw materials, and ends with the tasting of all products before they are sold.
Consistent quality standards guarantee a product which, in each phase of its production, is rigorously monitored and thus brewed to a uniform product standard.
Only traditional bottle fermentation enables a beer to mature, which is unequalled in its taste stability, color, turbidity and wholesomeness.
In various work and project groups, technological and technical issues are discussed and further developed. This research work and our collaboration with various university institutions (e.g. Weihenstephan), ensures that the production processes and product quality of Erdinger wheat beers are continually improved. |
