Warehouse
In our fully computerized, precisely air-conditioned, high-bay warehouse up to 15 million bottles of Erdinger Weissbier are maturing at any one time towards their characteristic flavor, in a process similar to that of champagne production!
Via an underground link road, the bottling plant is linked directly to our computer-controlled warehouse, in which the beer matures for three to four weeks.
Everything is fully automated: huge quantities of pallets stacked with Erdinger Weissbier are stored on shelves several meters high.
With seven different types and countless manufacturing dates, it would be virtually impossible for any human to keep track. This is not the case with our warehouse computer, which automatically calls up the right type of wheat beer in the required quantity and after the prescribed storage time. |
